Crema's Take

Tucked away in an unassuming Miami spot, this gem from a beloved pastry chef punches way above its weight with meticulously crafted breakfast sandwiches that nail every textural detail and creative pastries that sell out regularly. The vibe is genuinely low-key despite the consistent lines—a place where the food and coffee are so good that people don't mind eating standing up or making the drive from Broward. It's the kind of neighborhood favorite that actually lives up to the hype, delivering that rare combination of approachable charm and genuinely excellent execution.

Some places in Miami are actually worth the hype This was one of the best breakfast sandwiches i’ve ever had- texture, flavors, taste all perfect. Not pictured, but I also bought the pepperoni hand pie and focaccia, and wow was it good. I can’t say anything else about it, everything was so incredible that I think you need to try it for yourself. It does get busy so do expect a bit of a wait. There are no tables or chairs available but my friend and I brought some camping chairs and opened them up right by the food truck and sat there. Great little parking lot picnic!

This place is such a vibe, low key spot with high key food. The food and drinks and so delicious, you’ll even be okay with eating standing up, in your car or even on the floor. I ordered the egg and cheddar breakfast sammie and it was so delicious. Perfect combination and flavors. 10/10 will def be going back.

What’s super cool about this place is that it’s in a random spot. I always see lines for it when I drive-by on US1 Today I went into Trif and I was not disappointed even though I showed up right before they closed. They stayed open for me. Plus, I was limited on the amount of options I had but they still had amazing options. I had an apple thing and then an olive oil thing which I thought I was going to hate, but I actually liked it the most Overall, a must go to. But be warned on the weekends there are longer lines.

The breakfast sandwich had fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon , and fresh toasted English muffin. The sandwich was delicious but it was served cold and the amount of egg in the sandwich caused the eggs to fall out making it difficult to eat. There is no seating so you have to take it to go and/or eat in your car. The pastries are mouth watering from the Coffee Cinnamon Roll ,Banana walnut Bread , Olive Oil Cake and Chocolate Babka Bun. The Pepperoni Hot Pocket was also tasty and warm and a nice alternative if they run out of their signature breakfast sandwich and you want something savory. The prices are reasonable and it’s definitely worth checking this place out make sure you get there early as they run out of food and there is usually a line.

One of my favorite Miami pastry chefs opens a shop (selling out of the cutest mobile food trailer), creates one of a kind bakery items, all satisfying different palates. Worth the drive (from Broward). We got our goodies and devoured them at a park nearby. Not pictured are lattes we purchased🤌🏼. A great way to start your morning. Only open select days of the week.
