Blue Door Coffee Company

I am a regular at this coffee shop. Been going for about a year and have had many coffees and matchas and have bought friends over to buy drinks as well. Typically the baristas are accommodating and welcoming. This time when I went, I saw my friend order a specific drink and went to the barista to order the exact same drink. My friend got a seasonal drink that had substituted coffee with matcha, I asked for the EXACT SAME DRINK with the EXACT SAME SUBSTITUTION. The baristas promptly replied that they could not make the drink due to not being able to input it into the system. I bought up that two of my friends got the exact same thing and they said the drink can only be made as a coffee and not as a matcha, which I have never experienced at a coffee store that also serves matcha. I would have been ok with adding an extra charge for this substitution, but the baristas said it wasn’t possible as my friends were sipping on the same drink. Later my friend asks for the same substitution, and the barista that told me no and refused to make it for me, makes it for her. Its incredibly disrespectful to treat your customers differently based on who's ordering. Even though I have been a loyal customer for about a year now, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Here’s the drink she ordered btw

I just relocated from out of town and I found this GEM in The Woodlands. Joseph, Carla, and Luke have been so welcoming and inviting everyday and pretty much have my order down by heart now, LOL. Perfect spot to work, grab a delicious cup of coffee (Latte for me) and eat some delicious food. I have literally been coming here for a month straight and have yet to have a bad experience. Coffee and food is made quickly. The staff remembers their regulars. All their syrups and food is fresh and made from scratch. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

In town for The Woodlands marathon an I love finding new local coffee shops to explore - this place was very cute- great vibes with lots of natural light and I love all the plants. The coffee was great and service was excellent! I’d definitely come back if I ever travel here again.

I stopped by Blue Door Coffee in The Woodlands recently, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed—perfect for enjoying a great cup of coffee. I ordered their espresso, and it was absolutely fantastic: smooth, rich, and bold without being bitter. Easily one of the best pulls I’ve had in the area. I also tried the iced latte, and it was just as impressive—perfectly balanced, creamy, and refreshing, with just the right amount of espresso punch. It’s clear they take pride in their craft here. The service was warm and attentive, and the quality of the drinks speaks for itself. Blue Door Coffee is definitely a new favorite spot for me in The Woodlands.

BEST matcha latte, it was fresh and smooth. This coffee shop has a very welcoming atmosphere. It was clean and comfortable. Everyone is so nice. The pastry I had was delicious! Now a days it’s hard to find a place that can do good coffee/tea and also do good food. This place has the best of both! I will definitely be coming back in the future. I’m so happy I had a chance to visit Blue Door.💙🚪☕️
