Third Gen Coffee

Great coffee place! The inside has two floors with plenty of seating plus an outdoor space with picnic tables and umbrellas. The frozen cold brew was great and service was super friendly and fast!

I told the cashier/barista I wanted a salted honey vanilla latte that I’ve been seeing all over my TikTok and she made it happen. One of the best lattes I’ve had. The sausage, egg and cheese bagel with siracha mayo was also to die for! Thank you ladies for such a pleasant experience.

I don't live in The Woodlands, but I make it a point to stop here every time I'm near. The coffee is delicious, the service is warm and friendly, and they take the time to make sure you get just what you want. My husband is a Sbux guy, so they described the difference between Third Gen (4 shots of espresso comes standard instead of 3, so he didn't have to order an extra shot) and my breve/cortado was rich and flavorful. The highlight was the English style sausage roll. Crispy roll with super flavorful sausage and spicy mustard.

This beautiful coffee shop is extraordinarily spacious and comfortable. Two levels for seating. The coffee is top notch, brunch food is good too. It’s a perfect spot to meet up with someone or study. Third Gen has a great location as well. It’s easy to walk to the other little shops nearby.

Coffee is delicious! The bagels were pretty good, especially with the spicy mayo. The place itself is very spacious and designed beautifully. Everyone that works there were super sweet to us and they work fast, props to them! Perfect place to come and study when you need some time away. Definitely coming back!
