The cafe at framework is so cute and has lots of unique drinks focused on wellness! The mocktails have great flavor and are super refreshing! It’s a great addition to the framework space!

The Cafe at Framework is amazing! Not only do they have various coffee and teas drinks, but they also offer Mocktails which adds a great option to hang out with friends after plunging/sauna. The staff are also so nice! Can’t go wrong with this place!

I love this place! It's become a regular stop after my workouts. A great way to compress time. Get my run in, come use the sauna and cold tubs, and refuel with some electrolytes and protein snacks while I do some school work. There's also so many beverages options, it's been fun trying out new ones to add to my fridge at home.

This is the perfect post-sauna, post-cold plunge hangout. I tried the Tealixer, and let me tell you—it was the most refreshing thing I could have asked for. Crisp, light, and just the right balance to reset after a session. The vibe here is effortlessly cool, tucked away in Wedgewood-Houston, and it’s the kind of spot you’ll want to bring a friend or even a date to. A must do whether you're visiting Nashville or looking for something new to try as a local.

Just discovered this gem, and I'm in love! The vibe is so serene and elevated -definitely my new favorite spot for cappuccinos. They also have a sauna and cold plunge downstairs, which I'm super excited to try next time! Highly recommend!
