Absolutely incredible market. From breakfast to lunch, dinner and snacks, every item on their menu has been thoughtfully curated and cooked to perfection. This is such a highlight of our ski trips to Vermont every year. You HAVE to try a donut and a burger there. Must!!!!

What a find. We stopped here with friends and family during a ski getaway and ended up leaving with far more than breakfast. The space is warm, welcoming, and beautifully done. Rustic in character, but clearly thoughtful and well executed, it feels either newly built or recently renovated without losing that classic Vermont charm. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive from the moment we walked in. Not polite in a scripted way, but truly welcoming. The food was outstanding, and the care behind it was obvious. Farm-to-table here is not a buzzword. It feels lived, intentional, and rooted in a real story. You can feel the love that went into building this place. We had a party of nine, including five energetic kids, and the team handled it effortlessly. The kids were welcomed, accommodated, and even complimented on their manners, which says a lot about the atmosphere they’ve created. If you find yourself anywhere near Brownsville, Vermont, this is a must-stop. Come for a great meal. Leave with provisions, quality meat, maybe a bottle of wine, and the kind of neighborly welcome that makes you feel like you belong there, even if it’s your first visit. Highly recommended.

European feel. For a small town shop, it certainly has an abundance of culinary options. Great international wines. Creative and delicious deli offerings. The Butcher should be named 'Peter the great' for being able to prepare custom requested cuts of meat.

I came here because the breakfast sandwich was recommended, turns out that the cafe was closed today. Might have been nice for this to be listed before I wasted an hour to get here (not their fault my gps messed up). The staff that was there was very friendly and nice. So in the end I got a breakfast sausage croissant and a vanilla crueller. Both were tasty but not with the prices that I was charged. Update The response from the company is not a good representation of customer service. $5 for a single donut is not "slightly" more expensive.
