We tried the Salted Caramel Brown Cookie Butter Latte and were blown away — absolutely phenomenal. The flavor was rich, unique, and unlike anything we’ve had before. Starbucks honestly could never. 🤷🏾‍♂️ If you’re ever in Winston-Salem, do yourself a favor and give Grandma’s Coffee a try — we’re just hoping they decide to visit our city next! 👀😅😁

My husband and I stopped by and got the salted caramel brown cookie butter lattes, and I have never had a more delicious drink in my life. On first sip, I was in heaven. I love sweet drinks, so this drink was perfect. If you’re ever in Winston Salem, please give Grandma’s Coffee a try!

Stopped by Grandma’s Coffee Shop this morning and wow—what a gem! It’s run by two super friendly young ladies out of the cutest food truck-style setup. Despite the rainy weather, the energy was upbeat and welcoming—honestly, some of the best service I’ve experienced in Winston-Salem. We ordered two salted cookie butter matchas and they were absolutely incredible. Light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just smooth and comforting. It’s the kind of drink you wish you had on repeat. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area. A cozy, cheerful vibe with seriously good matcha—what more could you want?

I came across a post made by the local media company, To-Go Winston-Salem, on Instagram. I read about the two owners' stories of their business origin. I came down to support the two young entrepreneurs working in the American coffee shop industry. I tried their green & white drink, it was delicious. The two employees were friendly & polite with questions about drinks. I would love to come back again, sometime shortly.
