Wowie. Not only the kindest staff but the most delicious coffees & potions! The Springs is changed for the better now that we have Misty Mountain Collective down the street. The amazing local art and music you are surrounded by is magical. You can also purchase the artwork which is awesome. Music nights, open mic poetry nights, stand up comedy, art nights…the list just keeps going on and on. Their plant propagation reward system and their ZERO-WASTE concept is literally one of a kind. Thank God the Springs has MMC. What a beautiful space to be! If you haven’t been…today is the day. 11/10 stars.
Misty mountain has quickly become my new favorite spot for coffee in Colorado Springs. I love that they do not use plastic. They have a nice variety of coffees and herbal teas to choose from. My current favorite is the Ostara!
I absolutely love it here! The atmosphere is so fun and is very welcoming! The staff was also amazing! I had many questions and they were friendly and excited to answer them (about their different drinks!) The taste of the drinks were delicious and so many different flavors! This is a must stop if you are in the area! I will be returning!
Great new coffee spot in downtown that’s very eco focused! The glass coffee mason jars instead of disposable cups that you can reuse are so cool! The people were super friendly too! Cannot wait to return in the summer and sit in their outside space too! Plus free parking!
Misty Mountain Collective is one of those rare places that just gets it right on every level. The atmosphere, the decor, the energy—everything feels intentional and welcoming the second you walk in. And the coffee? Ridiculously good. Their latte flavors are so creative without being gimmicky, and the ingredients feel clean and thoughtful. I tried the Brownie Batter iced latte and the Ostara iced latte, and both were unreal. My boyfriend grabbed The Cauldron hot and the Campfire S’mores iced, and he couldn’t stop talking about how good they were. They’re just… next-level. What really makes this place shine, though, are Stormy and Dakota. They’re genuinely kind, grounded people who clearly put their heart into what they’re building. The sustainability focus, the cozy vibe, the drinks—they care about all of it, and it shows. If you haven’t been yet, go. You’ll end up wishing you’d found it sooner.
