I lost my father’s jacket at the Convention Center. The next day I came back and William at the front desk spent about an hour helping me find the jacket. The convention center was a really fun and awesome experience and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
William was very helpful and informative. He did a great job teaching us about Tampa and about the different events that can be found.
Love this place. It is pricy but sometimes you’ll find hidden gems for cheap. Lots of Tampa bay gear !
Trip was great. William from the convention center info booth was one of the best parts of my trip. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. You should highlight this man a star in your city because he loves it and knows it and shares it with the guests
It was super cooling learning about the history of Tampa from Ambassador Will. Tampa was awesome. We had a great time here during our time here to attend the Card Party, It was nice for my son to reunite here in Tampa with a good friend he made last year at Card Party 2.
