Matcha Made in Heaven

I was excited to support this business. But the owner was...a bit... weird and... rude. I asked him if I could put his shea butter on my face and he loudly and sarcastically asked "well do you have skin on your face?!" Every time I curiously asked a question about a product I wanted to buy, he would loudly exclaim something back in a defensive way... BTW I tested his shea butter product on one part of my face and that exact part broke out like crazy the next day. Sigh.

I have always made a stop at Heaven Scent when in Charleston, SC. Met the owner on one of my visits. Absolutely sold on the Shea Butter. However, ordering online can be very tedious. Had to email several times with no response. This time order arrived two days shy of three weeks and only after I spoke with store owner. My only complaint is their online/mailing process needs some improvement.

A blessing to have happened upon Heaven Scent. What a name right! Heavenly products, and the owner, Ausar, such a peaceful Christian soul and with a wonderful attitude. We will be back! Charlie and Lori.

This place has not changed (only improved) since my family and I first came across it when I was a little girl and we were vacationing in Charleston. The quality of the products is as pure and high quality as you can get, and unwavering over literal decades! Yes, if you order online, the shipping can take a bit as the reviews mentioned but I simply order ahead of time so I don’t run out before it gets here :)
