Crema's Take
“Bad Bunnies Coffee is where Rick's genuine passion for both espresso and people shines through in every visit—whether you're stopping by for a perfectly balanced cortado or settling in for hours with your crew, the owner's warmth and personal attention make you feel like an old friend rather than a customer. Their espresso-focused drinks are expertly crafted with care, and the cozy, unhurried atmosphere is ideal for meaningful conversations, celebrations, or just lingering over exceptional coffee in the heart of Charleston.”

BEST COFFEE SHOP IN CHARLESTON me and my bachelorette party absolutely loved coming here. Thank you for taking such good care of us. It was the perfect first stop for my bach weekend and the service and vibes were absolutely phenomenal. We love you guys!
I orders a decaf cappuccino and this is the first time a barrista said “You must really like coffee”. When you order a decaf coffee you like coffee. It was excellent. It was well balanced, perfect balance of acidity, sweetness and sour. If Michelin gave starts to coffee shops then they would have one. Served in ceramic with a cookie. They only missed the glass of water on the side. Nicely done!
was visiting from NYC during SEWE weekend and stopped by here on our last morning, and SO glad we did. had a great cortado and conversation with the owner, Rick. thanks Bad Bunnies for being a highlight of our Charleston weekend!
The epitome of southern hospitality! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The owner personally came out, introduced himself, and made us feel like family. He went out of his way to welcome us to Charleston and genuinely cared about making our experience wholesome. Between the excellent coffee, the cozy vibes, and the incredible service, this place is a true gem. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Charleston!
A few steps away from our airbnb in Charleston so we came in for our morning coffee. The atmosphere was great and the coffee excellent. The owner was very generous with us and gave us a warm welcome. Highly recommend this place!
