Crema's Take
“This hotel bar pairs an effortlessly stylish art deco-meets-modern atmosphere with genuinely creative drinks and a friendly crew that makes you feel welcomed whether you're a guest or just passing through. The seasoned fries and baguette are stellar if you're hungry, and the vibe—all soaring ceilings, elegant bar seating, and thoughtful lighting—makes it feel less like a hotel afterthought and more like a destination in its own right. It's the kind of place where you'll linger longer than planned, sipping something inventive while soaking in the room's understated sophistication.”

Love the setting, and the food:) The wagu burger is a must and steak frites is good! Highly recommended if youre staying at the hotel. The breakfast is great too
A nice little hotel bar. Wonderful liquor selection, only had 4 craft beer options. I got a free drink just for staying in the hotel. Had a lager which was pretty tasty. Two bartenders make the night go by smoothly. Highly recommend this hotel too.
In general this restaurant was okay(there are much better choices nearby with same price range). Nice atmosphere and BGM. The bar was pretty elegant, the sofa also comfortable to sit on. About the food: I ordered the salad with 5oz of Chicken breast. The leaves are salty and the chicken has no flavor at all. My husband ordered medium cooked steak. It comes with well-done and is really hard to chew. The beef did not taste fresh. The table we sit on is not stable. When my husband cuts the steak, it shakes like an earthquake happened...
The Guild Bar inside the Guild hotel is directly before you as you enter the hotel. They have bar seating and a few tables. Everything is at bar height, which for most may not be an issue but for us shorter people getting up on those chairs can be challenging. Once you conquer that... the service leaves something to be desired. Being that the bar wasn't very busy I can't equate the service to stress... the servers each night & during multiple visits just didn't seem to be particularly interested in providing great customer service.... it was the bare minimum. On the last day as we were checking out we decided to get a bite before leaving ... this particular server was obviously not happy to be at work. As a co-worker came over to him, our server stated. "I don't want to be here" The other person said "I appreciate your honesty" and walked away. Good thing the food is pretty spot on! The flavour profiles.. the presentation... it was all outstanding. The truffle fries were the gold star winners... How delicious are they... probably could have had buckets of those fries! The food & drink at this wee hotel bar was pretty outstanding... the service needs a whole lot of work.
Everyone working here is incredibly friendly and helpful. The drinks are great and the vibe is unmatched. Modern vibe with hints of art deco and dope light fixtures! Get the seasoned fries and baguette as a nice little snack before heading out!
