Crema's Take

Meraki Café in San Diego has earned serious devotion for its creative signature drinks, especially the horchata latte that keeps customers coming back and comparing every other cafe unfavorably. The newly redecorated space strikes that rare balance of being cozy and bright at once, with ornate tilework, plenty of seating for both lingering and working, and a lovely outdoor patio that makes it equally appealing for a solo coffee run or meeting up with friends. There's real care evident in every cup—whether you're ordering a brown sugar matcha or a pastry—and the staff warmth matches the thoughtful atmosphere.

Hands down the best horchata latte I've ever had. It's the perfect amount of sweet & creamy and you can substitute oat milk with it. Any time I go to different coffee shop and order a horchata latte, I instantly regret it. Meraki's version is better than the horchata lattes I had in Mexico City.

Cozy spot, though the ornate floor tile might be a bit much if you had a hangover. Nice spaces, plenty of 4 tops, outdoor patio. Parking on the same side of the street seems free, angle-in across is paid parking. Get your ticket from a kiosk. Nice folks, decent coffee. They had a new cook, so my "Turkey, Egg & Cheese on a toasted onion bagel (no cheese)" came w cheese on an everything bagel. Ms. Register gal had to be convinced to not remake it. "I can make to with a fork." Tasty, despite bits of melted in cheddar. FWIW, not boiled bagels, but bread doughnuts which are meant to have sandwiches made of them. Tasty none-the-less. Nice coffee, too. I'd be quite happy if this was in my neighborhood.

This is a beautiful cozy spot in Everett! You can tell a lot of dedication and love is put into this business and it shows in the product. I ordered a basil pesto panini with a hot brown sugar matcha. Both were delicious and perfectly crafted! Service was attentive and inviting, making this place feel like a home away from home. Would highly recommend visiting this spot and I'll definitely be returning :)

A charming, quiet cafe in the heart of University Heights. Newly redecorated, it’s bright and pretty! Lots of indoor seating, plus a really nice outdoor back patio. Nice menu of drinks and food. Super friendly staff! I love the Pistachio Honey Latte!

Such a cute vibe inside. Plenty of seating and a great place to chat or get some work done. They have a cute outdoor area too! The food was good and staff were friendly :)
