Collective Coffee

Crema's Take
“Collective Coffee feels like a genuine neighborhood gathering place where the staff actually know their craft and care about their community—Juan and the team are praised for being genuinely helpful and supportive, not just transactional. The space itself is a thoughtful blend of modern and eclectic (think white shiplap, industrial shelving, and vinyl records to flip through) that makes lingering over a specialty drink feel natural, whether you're meeting a friend or settling in solo.”

2/21/26: so happy this morning to find a new (to us) local spot that's easy to get to. Popped in to Collective Coffee shortly before 9 am. There were a few people sprinkled throughout, but nothing too crazy busy. The menu is not large, which is nice because that means there's not so many choices to read through & it's less difficult to choose from all the items that sound good. The young gal taking our order was super friendly, the layout is wide open, brightly lit, with some colorful artwork on all the walls, and quite a few albums against a couple walls. Beverages: chai latte and matcha latte. The chai was 5x better than the matcha, which is my only negative comment. If you know matcha, you know that sometimes it can be gritty & overpowering. Unfortunately, the matcha latte was that way, too strong. Another friendly gal behind the counter, however, was nice enough to provide me with another cup or so of coconut milk to mix in & lessen the overbearing matcha flavor. It helped. I would say to cut the matcha amount in half at least; maybe next time I'll remember to ask them to do that ... OR ... order another drink. Seriously, the hot chai latte was delicious. Hmmm, I wonder how half chai half matcha would taste ... ? Food: vegan raspberry croissant, breakfast burrito & its bowl w/ added avocado. Typically vegan food tastes horrible to me but the gal said it tasted good and it really did. We both enjoyed our breakfast burrito & bowl; both were just the right amount of food that we ate everything. Nothing went to waste. I would definitely hit up Collective Coffee again.
Such an amazing experience! I spoke with Juan about Counselor Appreciation Week, and he was so kind and supportive right away. He made everything super easy and was great with communication. Madison was awesome too — both of them were friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. And the coffee… absolutely amazing ☕️ Every single drink was a hit, and our whole counseling team truly enjoyed it. I personally had an AZ Sunset (since I’m not really a coffee person), and it was SO good! You can tell a lot of care goes into both the service and the quality of the drinks. We’re so grateful for the support and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great coffee and even better customer service!
Me and my husband decided to stop by for the first time last night and honestly I never 5 star and rarely review anything because I believe nothing is perfect. But from entering to leaving it was an enjoyable experience. Enough seating for a lot of people, music volume was just right where we could vibe to it and still hold a conversation at normal tone. We got Pink Jade drinks and croissants ! 10/10 and the espresso shot I added definitely took the drink to another level. Owner came over introduced himself and truly made us feel like friends with easy conversation and was genuinely concerned if we were satisfied or not. I even got to sample the chocolate croissant which was definitely delicious. We plan to come back for weekday coffee dates, and catch any Friday events we can. 10/10 Overall. Definitely loved the vibe.
I’ve been in this shop a few times now. Each time it’s been a very down to earth atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products they serve. I love that they support local businesses. The food and coffee is better than most coffee shops. I will definitely be returning!
"From the community, for the community." The vibe is welcoming, blending modern white shiplap walls with industrial pipe shelving filled with browseable vinyl records. I loved the artistic touch of their hand-painted teal signage and festive window art. Whether grabbing a drink from their tap system or shopping local market events, it’s the perfect spot to support small business while enjoying a genuinely great, cozy atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Breakfast food menu as well.
