There was a misunderstanding with my order and when I went to ask for the meal, they ran out of the special and were going to refund me. I asked if I could get a meal of the same value and they has to call the supervisor to get permission, which I understand is protocol. They gave me a meal of the same value and the supervisor came to our table with a refund. Great customer service from everyone.

First and last time there. From the minute we walked in we were looked at With an ugly attitude it was almost like we weren’t welcomed. The employees didn’t even try to make our food good.

Usually I really like eating here. It's easy on my lunch break. But today the lady at the cash register made life harder than it needed to be. Her name is Kay according to her tag. I gave her cash and said I'd pay the rest on my card. She stopped and told me there wasn't enough cash for the whole transaction. I had to repeat I'd use my card for the rest. Then she said remaining amount but told me I couldn't use my debit card on My phone that I've used many times here. Forcing me to have to figure out another card and holding up the line. Then I dropped my cup and sent my bf to asked if we can replace it since it hit the floor on the open side and she didn't want to replace that. Someone else did it for us. Honestly it was embarrassing and overall made my meal less enjoyable.

I absolutely love this place. It is a must stop for us when we head to the mall. I love the option of building my own salads! So many healthy options without all of the extra junk! This is also the only place I can satisfy my pregnancy craving for bubblegum ice cream! My family loves this place, and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. Overall excellent experiences here, and I highly recommend. This is the best option in the mall, especially if you're trying to stay healthy.

You will definitely get your money's worth here. A variety of food/snack options: soup, salad, sandwiches cold and hot, ice cream, pastries, and more. Great place to stop for a meal. Take out is also available if you're really on the go. It's a good stop at Kirkwood that is worth checking out-- located in Scheel's near the mall entryway by the arcade.
