BAM Coffee

The breakfast sandwich was good. However, the Americano I ordered as “hot” was nowhere near hot or warm. By the time I sipped it, it was definitely on the cooler side, almost as if it’s been sitting for a few hours. I’d go back for the sandwich but not the coffee.

Excellent customer service at the drive-thru window, so cheerful and friendly. Service was pretty fast, but we only got two drinks. I did not care for my drink and the barista very kindly adjusted it for me. I should have asked how much espresso was in the medium. I would have never guessed 4 shots, lol. The coffee was too strong for me and I ended up tossing it a little while later before the caffeine made me sick. I don't think their recipes are right for me, but I bet Naval enlistees love them! Their coffee was priced well, and I appreciate that. I had an issue with their black tea being $5, and it was literally just an unsweetened iced tea, lol. But that's on me for ordering it without asking any questions. Overall, I say give them a try, they might be just what you're looking for.

You lost a new customer today by charging me $2.50 for a cup of ice water! At the very least the barista could have told me so I could make an informed decision! I'll make sure my fellow veterans are aware, and I definitely won't be back. Do better.

Great coffee that had a smooth finish! Wide selection of flavored syrups. Excellent staff! Long wait in drive thru since there is only 1 window and the full menu has to be handed to you at the window. Inside option also available. Open 7 days a week.
