Crema's Take

Fosko Coffee is a spacious, beautifully designed sanctuary in downtown Pensacola with dimmed lighting, a stunning garden area, and plenty of room to linger over conversation or a laptop—it's the kind of place that feels like a retreat. Coffee snobs and casual visitors alike rave about the thoughtfully sourced beans and creative seasonal drinks like the Berry Chantilly latte, perfectly complemented by their giant chocolate chip cookies and light food offerings. Whether you're meeting friends, playing games, or working solo, this spot strikes that rare balance of being simultaneously cozy and sophisticated.

Went here when my buddy & I took a trip to Pensacola, FL & had to go to this coffee shop he told me about. It is a large coffee shop & is well set up, decorated, & has dimmed lights, while it was raining in the morning was a vibe in itself… We had our order taken after reviewing their large menu & placed our orders. I also purchased a huge chocolate chip cookie larger than the size of my hand & we took a look around. There's a room full of historic artifacts & plenty of places to sit. We then sat down at a table by the window & received our food & coffee. The menu has a large selection of coffee, good, & beverages. I got the strawberry & banana crepe with hot coffee of some sort. All of it tasted amazing, definitely filled me up. The place was clean & the staff was friendly, helpful, & presentable.

Their coffee is amazing & the giant chocolate chip cookies couldn't be better! It's a beautiful place with plenty of seating for chatting or playing games. Absolutely love the beautiful garden area too. We've been going here for years & anyone I bring here loves it🫶

I was thrilled to find a coffee shop like this while in Pensacola. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and really appreciate good beans, but even more than that, good ingredients within my cup of coffee. The honey latte was excellent and I felt like their prices were very reasonable. They roast their beans in house and everyone there was very friendly, which isn't always the case in such nice establishments. We grabbed a couple of cups of coffee to go on our way out of town and a couple bags of beans to try at home. We will definitely go back any time we are in the area.

WOW 10/10 highly recommend!! 5 stars is simply not enough! Had the delight of stumbling upon Fosko while in town for the holidays this Sunday. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a big “WELCOME IN!” The line was long and the place was packed so I knew I found something great and jumped online. The girls behind the bar were smiling and laughing giving the sense they genuinely liked working here and were proud of what they were serving. Their energy was contagious as they interacted with customers. Did I mention this place was PACKED?? The way those girls worked together making all those drinks was like watching a perfectly synchronized choreograph. The greatness didn’t end there…We took one of the last tables in the main sitting room & noticed one of the girls behind the bar (we assume the manager) begin to float around the room gathering plates & glasses. But she wasn’t just picking up dirty dishes....she was truly engaging! Asking customers things like “How was everything, what did you order, where are you from, have you been to Fosko before?” We actually got excited as she came to our table-“Hi my name is SaSha, how were your lattes, ladies?” I told her it was the BEST latte I’ve ever had and asked how they do it. She said “that’s a 2 part answer!” And begin to tell us that firstly they roast their own beans in house and secondly those 2 beautiful copper machines (see pics!!) are from Italy and not many in the US have them but they are designed to pull the perfect espresso shot every-time. And it was. I had thought the art of true warm hospitality was dead, but we found it well and alive at Fosko. My only complaint is that I can’t pack this gem of a place up and take it back to Ohio with me….So I gladly settled for a bag of their in-house roasted coffee.

Best Coffee Spot in Downtown, bar none. The seasonal latte, the Berry Chantily is phenomenal, Blackberry and Vanilla, 10/10. The White Chocolate Mocha is always out of this world. Anything here is awesome, don't sleep on the chocolate chip cookie, they're huge and they have the best ratio of chocolate chips to cookie I've ever experienced. Been coming here for about 6 years and I am a customer for life.
