Sunny Sky Pies

Absolutely the best biscuits and gravy I have had. Biscuits were flaky and good and the gravy out of this world! A lot of sausage (much more than any other place I’ve had). Oh - and the pies are to die for. Never too sweet, but just right.

Very cute little storefront and the owner is super sweet! I got a scone there that is one of the best I've ever had- buttery, flaky, moist, and great flavor. The location is a little tricky to find, at least for an out of towner like me. Will definitely be stopping in for another treat when I'm in town!

Literally the best pies you will ever have in your life. Doesn't even matter what flavor you are talking about. They are all stellar! Plus, everyone that works here is just a gem. My husband used to talk and talk and talk about his grandmother's strawberry rhubarb pie. Nothing came close... then we tried Erin's pies. He said it might even be better than Grandma's 😀 Don't miss out on taking home some sausage rolls. You won't be sorry!!

We love Sunny Sky Pies! Everything is delicious and fresh. We found them a few months ago because we were looking to shop more local. We bought a chocolate pie for a dinner party and everyone raved about it! Since then, we have visited multiple times. Everything is amazing but our favorites are the peanut butter, banana cream, and German chocolate pie. We have met the owner and she is lovely. Highly recommend checking this local pie shop. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking right outside the front door.

Erin the owner and baker, is a such a great person and artist with her pies. She always produces great work and I always recommend their pies to friends and family. BEST BANANA CREAM PIE I’VE EVER HAD. But any pie is a good choice, I have never been disappointed. They are my favorite food truck during the Fort Collins food truck rally and I always save room for dessert. I love that they include the option of a scoop of ice cream in addition to the pie slice at the truck! Wish they did that at their in store location too;).
