Parm Copley Place
100 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA
Crema's Take
“This Italian spot in Copley Place strikes the right balance between a casual weeknight dinner destination and a convenient grab-and-go option if you're catching the subway at nearby Back Bay station. The kitchen turns out solid traditional pasta dishes like eggplant and chicken parm at reasonable prices, though service can be inconsistent depending on when you visit. It's the kind of place where you'll find reliable food and a comfortable spot to meet friends, even if it doesn't quite reach special-occasion status.”

Came in for a weeknight dinner and was very happy with the meal. I tried the Eggplant Parm and Rigatoni Carbone and both were delicious - that too at very reasonable prices. I enjoyed my experience here more than I have at many "famous" North End Italian restaurants.
I’ve been to parm back bay a few times once to dine in and enjoy a meal, which was decent. I ordered the chicken parm and fries. Fries were good. I also work at near by and ordered few meals for my staff and I, two meal were okay for chicken and fries (kids meals) then the spaghetti and meatballs, well my coworker had meatball’s that were still pink and not fully cooked, we ended up throwing it away. Would not recommend this location, tasty burger is a safer option across the street.
A nice little Italian restaurant right across the street from Back Bay station if you are looking for a meal after riding the subway or commuter rail. The general manager, Greg and the waitress were very friendly and professional. The food portions were perfect that leaves you full and content. Their spaghetti and meatballs were delicious.
My honest review of the parm: the Italian restaurant was solid but nothing special. I ordered a shrimp pasta and it was good but not great and same with the other pastas I ordered. They forgot a 12 dollar salad that was ordered and I never got the money back. The price was also too high relative to the serving size. Overall the food was mediocre but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this over the other restaurants in the area.-ML
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Overall the service lacked a lot. The staff were polite but very inattentive. We were seated immediately upon walking in but then waited over 10 minutes before our orders were taken even though the restaurant didn’t seem very busy. And once we got the food, it took another 40 minutes before the server came over again for the bill (I had to call her over). Again, she was very polite. Just not very attentive. The food was okay. The Italian fries were surprisingly good. The mozzarella sticks were ok. The salad was disgusting, in my opinion. It’s either an acquired taste or something in it was expired. I couldn’t bring this up to the server because.. well she didn’t come to our table to check in and it just got to the point where we wanted to leave. I do also want to mention a little confusion with the menu. The salad says 11/17, which I assumed the regular salad was $11 and if you added the protein, it increased to $17. I got the salad, as you can see, with no protein, and was charged $17. Just a little confusing. The restaurant itself looked very nice inside. Seemed pretty clean from where I was sitting. I liked the atmosphere.
