This is my favorite place for boba. Their Hokkaido series drinks just hit the right spot every time I come here. I would recommend adding sea salt as a topping for an extra kick. The staff is really friendly and usually makes your drinks fast. The place has a nice cozy vibe, so people often come here to do homework and projects. Therefore, the tables get filled up on weekends pretty fast.

The location is so tucked away, this place can be largely forgettable, to be honest. BUT that makes it a nice quiet place to hang out and just talk. Drinks aren't too expensive.

Cashiers are friendly. I read good reviews about Hokkaido milk tea and Hokkaido green/ black tea (milkstache). I often have trouble making decision, so I asked the cashier for recommendation. He told me that the green tea is lighter, and I should go for the milk tea if I like something that is stronger. I took his recommendation and ordered a Hokkaido milk tea with grass jelly. I believed the proportion of the milk is more than the tea. It tasted more like milk than tea. However, it is not too bad overall. It would be better if the tea base is a bit stronger.

Friendly staff and manager! They have a wide selection of drinks on the front and back of the menus they have at the counter. I ended up getting an iced coffee to save for the next morning. They got free WiFi, a lot of seating, and I found parking easily on a Sat evening.
