Shari's Berries

Well I have always sent these strawberrys ... so I decided to send to my granddaughters birthday to arrive on her special day but.... the flowers were there a smday early then the strawberry and the cheese bites did not get delivered at all had to call to get them delivered 2 days late so nothing on her special day .. and then she waited all day for them no call and then when they did deliver them no cheese bites just the strawberries and they were left on the porch... not good service....will have to think about ordering again...

The chocolate covered strawberries arrived with the dry ice still frozen. My daughter was so impressed and loved the birthday gift.

Complete FAILURE of a company, trust these bad reviews!!! Shari's Berries employees lie to their customers about everything. They WILL NOT send your order and they WILL give you the run around so that they DON'T have to provide customer service. It is a sham and they should be out of business.

Please save your money and do not use this company for ordering berries EVER! I ordered a week ahead of time for a birthday and then they decided to deliver them 3 days later!!! Worse off, they claim they have a "Chat" feature, but nothing exists so I couldn't voice my strong opinions. This company needs to be out of business as they do not treat their customers with any ounce of respect.

Horrible customer service. Cannot get delivers out. Drivers do not give time to retrieve order you have to chase them down. When they do not make delivery they make a lot of excuses and will not refund your money. They make you wait in chats and cannot keep you with the conversation . The products are not good and shotty when they are delivered poor quality! Too many businesses they are trying to cover and they are woefully under performing in all of them.
