Aroma Joes, Epsom New Hampshire

Just there as the only customer. Ordered a latte and pretzel. I got my latte and waited 3+ minutes for my pretzel. The girl looked at me and never came back to the window. I had to drive around to the order window and ask for the pretzel I ordered and paid for. Bad service. And the girl that forgot to make my pretzel acted like I was putting her out. She won’t have to worry since I will not be back. There are much better AJ’s around.

Came here on our way from our weekend trip had a large order and they were fantastic! So friendly and accommodating even though we had 3 kids asking us a million questions ❤️ they were wonderful Great place!

I frequent this location and never experience anything but the best, friendliest service anyone could ever hope for. They make a point to acknowledge you and are always there with a smile and the perfect order every single time. I truly appreciate them and the hard work that they do.

My first experience at an Aroma Joe’s. Worst Cappuccino and Mocha Latte we have ever had. Neither of us could stand to drink more than a sip. Service was fine, but the coffee tasted like it had been cooking all day.

This is my new favorite stop! The workers were friendly to the point of being effervescent. They patiently explained the items on the menu and even gave us our own menu to take in the car! When we placed out order, they promptly prepared my meal and my sister's coffee. Honestly those employees are fantastic because that was the best darn fast food sandwich I have ever had. And my sister said the same about the coffee - we both consider ourselves "experts" in breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee so that is some high praise! The tuscan roll was crisp and not soggy (take note Dunkin's!), the gouda was melted and flavorful, the egg wasn't rubbery, and the ham was tasty. I've returned since several times and haven't been let down yet. Seriously, props to the owners and the employees. I know y'all are new but you're doing great!
