Nivi Artisan Ice Creams - Softserve, Milk Shakes And Bubble Waffles

The ice cream and bubble waffle are nice. But they don’t have soft serve, which was the only reason we made the 30+ minute drive here. With no soft serve, that’s like a third of their menu that is unavailable. They also only had one employee working. She was great, but it meant service was extremely slow. The store itself was very dirty. Trash all over tables and floors, and the floors were very sticky with visible dried spills.

Amazing taste and a great variety of flavors. I had Mango and Triple Chocolate, my wife tried Ube and Rose Pistachio, and all of them were delicious and perfectly balanced. It was our baby’s birthday, and they gave her a free strawberry ice cream, which was such a sweet gesture. Wonderful flavors, kind service, and a must-visit spot. Highly recommend!

My daughter and i came here for our mommy and daughter date and we absolutely love it! Lenny was extremely helpful and very kind and the experience of watching him how to make the bubble waffle cone was so much fun. Highly recommend the Ive honeycomb ice cream. Highly recommend will definitely be coming back to try the Boba and tea! Georgetown needed this!!

so very unique ice cream flavors here although I'm not quite sure what the K-pop pictures of some Korean musician gals is all about as they play different variation of music Have a weird cone vibe where everything's waffle related outside got to try samples of their various different ice creams before landing on the UBE honeycomb which easily became my favorite from this pop The dangerous wanting to choose to do a biscotti dinosaur topping variation made out of a waffle in a cup it looks like a turtles shell popped off the waffle maker you can also dangerously choose to do Nutella whipped cream caramel or Hershey's mixed into variations of pecans and waffles There you can also grab next door hot tea or cold tea to go as well One restaurant in the back for men and women but was clean while maintained plenty of indoor dining area 80% of battles just getting here and getting out cuz he got a cross the parking cuz this used to be a location for longhorn Mac repair meaning you got to park across the street and then walk carefully across the street as you can see the pedestrian sign crossing already got taken out again because people just do not stop for people crossing here be careful they're next to Verizon and El Nuevo Mexico that has the green Beetlejuice colored font to give you an idea where this is and where to park at Wolf ranch to get here that being said that I do have as well overboards program and I've been given coupons buy one get one for you to try this place out so it can help give it a shot and bring my mom along with me she got three scoop mix to her delight of gingerbread ube and salted caramel :) very reasonable prices and hospitable customer service from two gals running the operation it did not take very long for my order to get served

I visited Austin from Dallas and stopped by Nivia, and it’s honestly one of the best ice cream shops I’ve tried. The ube flavor was perfectly creamy and delicious without being too sweet. I also loved the bubble waffles — warm, fluffy, and such a good match with the ice cream. Friendly service and a fun vibe made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!
