Crema's Take

Rollin Beans is a charming converted gas station with a double drive-thru that's become a beloved community hub near the Brandon reservoir, where the welcoming staff and laid-back vibe make it the perfect spot to linger or grab-and-go. Their signature drinks like the Southern Charm showcase genuine flavor creativity, though you might want to speak up about temperature preferences since some reviewers have had consistency issues with heat levels. With outdoor picnic seating, quality cold brew, and a reputation for keeping lines moving fast, it's the kind of place that feels genuinely friendly rather than corporate.

I guess I’m gonna have to give up on Rollin Beans Spillway Rd. Brandon, MS. Great Service, Good Flavor, but every time I’ve tried them, I ask for extra hot. I get it and pull off to taste barely warm. It’s very unsatisfying to pay the upper scale price for a coffee to be disappointed!!!

I’m giving them 4 out of 5 stars because I’ve usually had great experiences here. However, today my order didn’t come out quite right. I asked for a pumpkin spice coffee with oat milk, half sweet—but as you can see from the photo, it definitely wasn’t half sweet! I realized the cup didn’t have “half sweet” marked after I had already crossed the Spillway, so turning around wasn’t an option. This was a medium coffee with a tip—almost $10—for something way too sweet. I actually had to brew some coffee and mix it in just to make it drinkable! I still really like this coffee shop and plan to return, but it might help if baristas confirmed or read back the order before handing it over. That small step could make a big difference in keeping the service as great as it usually is.

Coffee was great, but a little too sweet for my liking. The ladies are welcoming, environment will have you feeling like you’re chillin, pretty lowkey.

Great spot to grab some coffee (or tea!) while you’re out and about near the reservoir. The Southern Charm (hot or cold) is my favorite!

Cute double drive-thru coffee shop made from a closed gas station. Mocha Frappé was smooth and delicious, service was great and wait time was nice and short. A couple of picnic tables give you a spot to enjoy the nearby trees if you want to eat or drink while you're here as well.
