Mocha Mugs

Took 40 minutes to get one coffee and only 2 cars in front of me. Not very friendly staff. I usually don’t make google reviews but this was ridiculous. They were favoring walk ups more than drive thru

Everyone raves about the big brand coffee shops, Those people have not have good coffee. Mocha Mugs has THE BEST COFFEE in this WHOLE state, maybe even the whole country. The second you take a sip your tastebuds are just flooded with deliciousness and bursts of happiness. Mocha Mugs has the best coffee beans and coffee no matter how you like it (Iced, Frappee, Hot etc ) Its in the name: "World Class Infusions" THAT IS STRAIGHT TRUTH!!! THE BEST COFFEE EVER, LITERALLY!! If you have never been, TRY IT, your wallet and taste buds will thank you. They do it like no other and i dont know what magic theyre doing in these huts but you cant get coffee like mocha mugs anywhere. Best. Coffee. On. The. Planet! And if its your first time going get a punch card and your 10th drink will be free. I always ensure to tip well as theyre cooking up magical, and delicious coffee in this place! They have more than coffee aswell, like house made energy drinks and simple breakfast foods for on the gom eveything about this place is above 5 stars. Ive had it from multiple locations, both in brandon and the one in flowood, its gold...actually, DIAMONDS everythime! 10/5 stars if I could, im not overexageratting neither. Try it if you havent!

The coffee is usually great but the customer service is awful! I stopped visiting 2 years ago bc of customer service. I just started back visiting the Crossgates location a week ago. Today I ordered a French Toast Latte and asked for it to be extra hot. I got my order, as I was pulling off I tried it & not only wasn't it hot but it literally tasted like cinnamon in some warm water. I pulled back to the window to get a remake and I was informed that I would have to pay for another one! I proceed to hand them the old drink back and they tell me I need to contact the manager if I wanted my drink remade. I've had issues in the past so I had the owners number saved and reached out while I sat at the window. I informed the owner about what I'd experienced and she called the store to tell them to remake my drink. Although I appreciate the owner's willingness to fix the issue, it shouldn't have been an issue in the 1st place. I've never experienced a business not wanting to fix something that was their issue! I'm all about supporting locally owned businesses but I seriously doubt I return. It seems as if the manager and owner are not on the same page when it comes to customer service.

I am not one to buy coffee over making it myself. Yet I find myself stopping here nearly every single morning. All of the young women that work here are so sweet and kind. Especially Avery. She let's my 3-year-old order which makes him very very happy. He loves their cookies and muffins. Their prices are very reasonable and unlike other baristas that like to spell your name wrong, they remember your name. Cannot give enough stars!

Driving to Alabama from Texas and stopped off an exit for Starbucks and saw this on the way there. I decided to stop here instead and glad I did. Just a cute little place with great coffee. Definitely recommend.
