Crema's Take

This cozy Wyoming gem specializes in Vietnamese coffee with a creative twist, offering rich and balanced traditional drinks alongside inventive signature creations like their chocolate caramelized banana latte and ube matcha that taste as good as they look. The small, intimate space strikes that perfect balance between "hidden gem" and welcoming community hub, where excellent service and genuinely nice baristas make you feel at home whether you're visiting for the first time or becoming a regular. Beyond the stellar coffee, they've thoughtfully expanded their menu with matcha lattes, egg pudding options, and non-caffeinated choices, giving you way more to discover than the typical Vietnamese coffee shop.

Went to Sapo Coffee House for the first time while visiting Grandville for vacation. It was all the reviews said it would be. The chocolate caramelized banana latte & Banana Pudding Matcha latte were amazing, was smooth creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely have to try a croffle we got Oreo it was so good. We had to come back the next morning before we got on the road. Must stop when visiting Grandvillve.

This was my first time coming here and I wasn't disappointed. The space is medium small, but still has a nice cozy feel to it. The service was amazing and the barista was super nice. They do have a section where you can buy an outfit and a green tea set, which was nice. I'm definitely coming back with a friend.

Sapo Coffee House is such a hidden gem in Wyoming! If you haven’t tried Vietnamese coffee before, this is absolutely the place to start. The flavors are rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced — you can really tell everything is made with care. I tried one of their traditional Vietnamese coffees and it was incredible — bold without being bitter, slightly sweet, and so satisfying. They also have fun specialty drinks and unique menu items you won’t find at big chain coffee shops. Everything feels thoughtful and intentional. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and you never feel rushed. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, catch up with a friend, or just enjoy a really good cup of coffee. Yes, drinks are made to order, so it might take a few extra minutes — but it’s absolutely worth the wait. Highly recommend if you’re looking to try something new or just want a quality coffee experience in Wyoming!

Great authentic Vietnamese coffee and even non-caffeinated drinks. You can have way more options than just Viet iced coffee or cinnamon coffee, which are usually served at other coffee shops. I always have a good experience coming here. The barista really caters to your preferences and recommends fun drinks. I also love that they decorate the place very often to fit both American and Vietnamese holidays. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking for a unique and friendly coffee shop, or just a place to work since it's in a corporate building and usually pretty quiet.

As much as I want to gate keep this spot, they deserve all the hype! The vibes are cozy, the drinks taste as heavenly as they look (egg pudding coffee latte and ube matcha are definitely my favorites), and the Vietnamese staff are the sweetest! Highly recommend 🤍
