I ordered back in November & have been procrastinating writing a review but I kept thinking about it because this place is amazing!! First off, I want to preface that I really appreciate great customer service. I truly value a good experience. This business was amazing!! I was panicking because I didn’t know if the birthday cake was delivered or if it was left in the lobby. I immediately called them & they said they were going to call the driver to confirm. Within 5 minutes they called me back with an eta! They followed the instructions to deliver the cake to the right apartment. Mind you, it’s a maze in there!! The delivery guy even called me to let me know it was hand delivered because they knew I was worried. The birthday cake was DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFUL!! He enjoyed the cake. I got a chocolate salted caramel birthday cake. So worth it!!

My husband purchased my birthday cake from here and it was absolutely AMAZING! Moist, tasty, and an excellent presentation. Will definitely patronize this establishment more often!

We are launching a new luxury residential building in Bayonne called The Alora. We were looking to host a breakfast on our rooftop and sought out opinions on who to use for fresh local goodies. Double Batch Bakery came highly recommended by multiple people so the choice was obvious. We ordered an assortment of pastries including Chocolate Croissants, Gluten Free Almond Financiers, Vegan Hummingbird Muffins, Banana Walnut Bread, Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins, Lemon Raspberry Scones, and more. We worked with the owners who were almost as sweet as their baked goods, and let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! I had to stop myself from nibbling on them while setting up the breakfast. We served about 20-30 people and everyone was raving about the freshness and the presentation! It was clear that this bakery was no ordinary bakery and we will certainly be returning for repeat business again and again!! Good people. Good food. Sold. Five stars for sure - Ten out of Ten even :))

I got the chance to try this bakery for lunch! When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked up to the window as it is a take out bakery and they change the menu daily. I ordered: Tomato Ricotta & Pesto Square Croissamada Watermelon Mint Lime Agua Fresca Cookies & Cream Cupcake Devil's Food Cake Slice I loved the cake and the square the most! It was a delicious time!

Absolutely love this GEM of a bakery! So unique, beyond delicious and fresh and the list is endless how 10/10 this bakery is dishing out not only scrumptious sweet, baked goods, desserts, breakfast, cakes but also delectable and farm fresh soups, savory pastries and with legit 10/10 iced and hot beverages to match! Family owned by 2 beyond talented pastry chefs whom are a beautiful married couple with 2 awesome and lucky twin boys (double batch), their parents, cousins and employee Ben 😻who keep all the wonderful goods, service and Magick in the family delivering the sweetest enrichment in the city of Bayonne and all of Hudson!
