This Local coffee Roaster produces high end quality fair trade Coffees from around the world. They sell 16oz lb bags instead of the 12oz "lb" packages you will see most other brands of coffee typically come in these days.

I've absolutely loved and have been blown away by every kind of coffee I've ordered for my home brewing set up. I've been exploring different roasters and roasts for some time now and I'm happy to say that some of the very best comes right out of my hometown!

Great roaster with an outstanding rotation of various beans. Additionally, one of the few places left where you can still get a true 16 oz pound of coffee. Four years later still buying my beans from Mocha Joe's Roasting Company. Excellent customer service and the freshest beans. I have been living and working abroad and about the time I get them 7-10 days after order they are still extremely fresh smelling but that taste, can't be beat for the price and quality.

So I haven't actually been to the Roasting Co. I visited the Cafe a month or two ago and the cold brew blew me away. After a tip from the barista, I ordered two bags online and recently ordered a third, I've also ordered four varietals since then for pour over. I love the coffee and the ethics of this place. I'm writing this review because as an online customer, I'm super happy with the value, the quick shipping, and most of all, the fact that if you time it properly, Mocha Joe's roasts and ships your beans in the same day for ultimate freshness. Coffee was perfect. Was a good temperature and was brewed in a manner that it was flavorful and hot after I added my cream. Despite being a rainy morning everyone was all smiles here. Delicious donuts too!
