Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

The service was extremely disappointing. The waitress was barely present throughout my visit. When I was ready to pay and leave, she was nowhere to be found. I had to get the greeter’s attention to help locate her. Once she was found, she didn’t even handle my checkout herself, she had the greeter process my payment instead. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, his only response was “I’m sorry,” followed by asking if the service felt bad because I couldn’t order a drink without my ID. That had absolutely nothing to do with it. If I had come specifically for drinks, I simply wouldn’t have stayed. The issue was the lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the waitress. She didn’t check on me properly, and she didn’t even close out my bill herself , which says everything. Edit: went back today and had the same server …. She was amazing . Food is always good . I don’t think yall know how good that grilled cheese is…. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

From when you enter the restaurant the young lady wasn't welcoming. Then as we get to our table, our waitress as we explain to her this was our first time here you know can you recommend what's good their at the restaurant and she didn't. So, as we get our food it wasn't all that. The waitress never checked to see if we needed anything else. I wanted more water that I never gotten. I am real big on good customer service and didn't recieve that. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. It was our first time going here and our last

My first time visiting Snooze and I was pleasantly surprised with the signature flight buttermilk pancakes, lavender latte, and signature but different bacon! Thanks to Annazette for the recommendations! I will definitely return.

Excellent experience! We came in with a large party and were seated together comfortably, which we really appreciated. Both the food and the service were top-tier throughout the visit. We will definitely be back!

Our first time visiting Snooze and will not be our last! Great menu for the healthy conscious. I had the Bravocado toast with a side salad. So yummy. I highly recommend.
