I have a Capital Water carbon filter and twin tank water softener installed in my salon. I absolutely love how the water feels! I have their high efficient model water softener and I cut my salt usage in half from my previous unit. Thanks Capital!

We worked with Keith on some problems we were having with our Iron Out system and he was amazing. He was very helpful with trying to figure out a solution with us and our plumber. I called him a lot and never once did he get frustrated with me. He eventually had to send one of their techs out to work on it who was also very nice. I have also had to call him on how to reset the time and water hardness on our water softener and he walk me through the process on the phone. I had a disappointing experience involving one of Capital Water Softener’s vehicles. I was involved in a hit-and-run with a vehicle displaying their business name, and when I contacted the company, while apologetic at first, they quickly turned around and denied involvement. I was told it must have been another business with “Capital” or “Capitol” in the name and that none of their drivers admitted to sideswiping my vehicle. I had never heard of this business prior to this incident, but I certainly won’t forget it now.

I received excellent support from Keith at Capital Water Softener. I called him up to explain our issues, he walked me through the process of getting our equipment checked, and saved us labor and service costs by offering to have us stop by with their office with the equipment.
