Trilogy Brew

I haven't actually patronized this establishment, but wanted to comment on the outstanding character of the people who work there. I stumbled and fell in the parking lot across the street. Within a minute or two, a lovely young woman who works there showed up with a cup of ice, and first aid supplies for me. This was above and beyond for someone who wasn't even a customer. I will certainly be stopping by to make a purchase the next time I visit Old Town Spring.

Chasity rocks. Great personality, great people skills, and great conversation. Coffee was fantastic as expected, and the vibe and the atmosphere of this old building place feels active with much positive energy, even when we were the only customers at one point. My friend and I came here for the first time, and it was so good. The barista was unbelievably nice, like shockingly nice, and the service was amazing. The place itself is adorable, and someone was playing the piano while we were there, which totally made the experience. Warm, cozy, peaceful vibes all around.

I tried trilogy brew for the first time in HEB (literally just now) and it's delicious! my barista was sweet and answered my questions. as a barista myself this drink is well made and yummy. I got the cookie butter latte. I think I'm going to fight a war on the toliet soon but it's worth it. look at this epic photo I took

Really cute place with lots of seating inside. Really loved the fact that they had specialty canned drinks in coolers to choose from. Matcha had little flavor and tasted like watered down milk, but the nitro cold brew was really good. Service was not good, so disappointing!
