Crema's Take

This Promenade spot is beloved by regulars for its genuinely kind staff and consistently clean, welcoming space, though quality can be inconsistent—some rave about the excellent smoothies and solid pastries while others report stale food and bitter coffee. The specialty drinks and traditional offerings justify the premium pricing for most visitors, though the service experience seems to depend heavily on who's behind the counter that day. If you catch them on a good day with a friendly barista, it's a solid neighborhood coffee destination; on others, it might feel overpriced for what you get.

The smoothies are really good. I agree it is expensive, but that is standard for this area. The employees are very nice, and the store is kept clean. The drinks and pastries are a solid 4 stars for a quick break during work.

I was there on Monday morning. The girl that attended me (I don´t remember her name), was estremely kind. I really appreciate it. Thanks a lot for making my morning wonderful!

Coffee is expensive than regular Starbucks, Food is stale and not a good customer service at all. Unfortunately, that's the closest coffee place to my work place but I will try not o go here.

Had a bitter tasting coffee this morning. I'm not a big complainer when it comes to food and drinks. Came all the way for a replacement. Instead of understanding was treated with attitude. Not good customer service. Will buy my coffee elsewhere from now on. Sorry, but service matters to me.

This place is not great and is incredibly over priced. Unfortunately when the Bistro is full this is the only option for a quick working lunch. They serve starbucks coffee but don't offer any integration with the starbucks app, the drinks are not made correctly, and cost about $1 more than when I order it at an actual starbucks. A small one cup of chicken salad is $5, I mean literally one cup or less. One cookie is $2. Nothing seems fresh and it is never an appropriate amount of food for the cost.
