Swings Coffee

Update: I have tried nearly every coffee shop in this area and Swings continues to out perform them all. While it is slightly more expensive here compared to others, knowing I'll get amazing quality coffee is the reason I keep coming back. Good coffee but slightly expensive. I ordered a cortado and a latte. Both were good but more expensive compared to the other coffee shops around the area. This was a lively cafe.

So, for those of you who rightly despise Starbucks and want coffee, especially espresso like one find in Italy, this is the place. Excellent coffee, reasonable price, and service with a smile. Highly recommend!

Flat white perfection! From the Italian ceramic cup and saucer to the velvety smooth milk and the delicious coffee - a must for anyone in that part of DC!

Decent coffee, not the best I've ever had. I had the chai and my partner had a vanilla latte, which I felt was very bitter. The cranberry orange scone was very good. A decent amount of seating, but it can get pretty loud in there when it gets busy.

A very pleasant surprise! Walking around the White House, I was struggling to find a good coffee place. I checked this out and it was great. The espresso was full of different flavors and done with quality. Vanilla latte was smooth and tasty as I like. I liked the environment too and it wasn’t busy at all. Very good coffee.
