Iro SouthPark
3100 Apex Dr, Charlotte, NC
Crema's Take
“This SouthPark spot has carved out a quiet, welcoming niche as a brunch destination where the service shines as brightly as the puffy, vegetable-forward omelets and fresh pastries. While opinions on the coffee itself vary—some wish for a higher-quality bean—the relaxed, laptop-friendly atmosphere and attentive staff make it an ideal place to linger over breakfast or settle in for a long conversation. It's the kind of neighborhood spot that surprises visitors and delights locals who've discovered it as one of Charlotte's more understated brunch gems.”

We came here for a long weekend and we’re truly surprised by the amazing service we received at IRO South Park. We had breakfast every morning and wait. Staff was so nice and attentive!! They were so patient with my kids and on the second day they even knew what they wanted! They went above and beyond to make our breakfast and easy. The food was generous portions and we all left ready for our day! Highly recommend stopping here for breakfast when staying at the Hyatt centric. There is a mom and daughter duo, and they were absolutely the best!
I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant three times while staying at the Hyatt Centric. The service was impeccable., the food was great and customer service was amazing. Dana had such a great attitude, contagious smile, and positive energy that will brighten up anyone’s day. My server Michael was great. We had a large party and kids and he was very kind and helpful. I will be back and highly recommend. The food was consistently good- you have to get the biscuits!
Took over an hour to get our food (veggie omelet and chicken and waffles). They forgot the grits and the veggie omelet was about 4 eggs with barely any veggies. The breakfast potatoes felt like chewy leftovers heated in the microwave. We ordered and requested it to ge delivered to our room. For $40 the food was not great and took way too long. I would not recommend on our experience there. I would recommend just drive to Chick-fil-A and get you some food. Much fresher and faster.
Food was fine. I liked that the omelettes were puffy not flat eggs rolled up. Coffee brand could use an upgrade. Music was way too intense for breakfast. Again, coffee! Prices were reasonable seeing the place seemed a bit sterile and high end for a breakfast venue. Mixed messages. Inside Hyatt Centric. Second floor.
Brunch was fabulous! Right now, we think it is one of Charlotte’s secret brunch spots…it was quiet and we were able relax, enjoy a latte and chat before our meal arrived. The Avocado Toast and French Toast were amazing! The staff was friendly & attentive.
