The gang and I were headed home to MT, and we were recommended to go to Evans Brothers. Got some pour overs and lattes… and MAMA MIA!! 🤯😱 quite possibly the best pour over I’ve ever had (sorry Robbie hehe) I got the Guatemala Maria Gaspar Escobar (I think that’s what it’s called) and I had to grab some beans to take home to my barista friends. Shout out to Brandon who made the pour overs!! He also gave us a cortado out of nowhere and it really made my day. And I believe the gal who was on espresso was named Abby. Good job both of you 👏 if you like good coffee (like actually) go to Evans Brothers!!!!!!

Brandon was awesome and was great talk with. Gave us a cortado to try when he saw we were sampling everything which was amazing and really kind. Coffee was awesome. We got the Ethiopian atrial pourover and the Maria Caspar Escobar pourover and an oatmilk latte as well as a ginger snap latte. Totally rad vibe and the service was great also with great recommendations of spots to check out in Spokane. We are regulars at the bird and Billy in kalispell mt and this is some of the first coffee we have had that can hold it’s of against our home spot. Great job you guys!

I tend to be a pretty picky coffee drinker (and decaf at that). We got decaf mochas and they were absolutely delicious! The service was super friendly and nice as well!

There’s something instantly welcoming about Evans Brothers Coffee—the kind of place where the baristas are clearly passionate, and the energy is just right for either catching up with a friend or settling in to get some work done. The environment strikes that perfect balance: plenty of seating, clever use of space, and a general sense of calm (bonus points for the sparkling-clean bathrooms and thoughtfully placed power outlets). Let’s talk coffee—because that’s where Evans Brothers really shines. I tried a few different drinks, and each one stood out. My custom iced drink (oat milk, cinnamon, and honey) was made with care and absolutely hit the spot—refreshing, subtly sweet, and perfectly balanced. I also had a cherry-infused cold brew topped with a thick, luxurious cold foam. The cherry flavor was subtle and never overpowering—not overly sweet or tart, just smooth and genuinely enjoyable. For me, the real test of a coffee shop is always the cortado. Evans Brothers nailed it. The espresso was rich and savory with none of that bitterness or sourness you sometimes find elsewhere. The milk was just right—not too much foam, not too little. It’s the kind of drink you want to sip slowly and savor. I did grab a s’mores cookie from the bakery case. Honestly? It didn’t wow me, but I didn’t regret trying it either—sometimes you just want a treat with your coffee. All in all, Evans Brothers is the sort of local spot that gets the details right—friendly service, great coffee, and a space that feels like it’s made for you to linger. Highly recommend stopping in, whether you’re a local or just passing through.
