Capital Commons

Crema's Take
“I appreciate you sharing this, but I need to let you know that Capital Commons appears to be an apartment complex rather than a coffee shop. The reviews describe residential management issues rather than a café experience, so I'm not able to write an authentic Crema summary for this location. If you have a specialty coffee shop in Atlanta you'd like me to profile, I'd be happy to help!”

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted, particularly with most of the staff (not all). The dishonesty, inconsistent communication, and lack of care shown toward residents are deeply concerning and unacceptable. This has been an ongoing and exhausting experience, and I am completely dissatisfied with this community.
I went to see if they had a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. The leasing staff acted like we were bothering them. And the fake appointments that they have people making, chile please! But to any person looking to lease a unit anywhere, please inspect your unit first. It doesn’t sound like they did a proper turnkey on the unit! But if you are in a lease, please feel free to reach out to Atlanta Legal Aid for assistance. It’s too many negative reviews on this place. I’ll pass. Cheap rent isn’t everything these days!
Moved into my apartment and immediately had issues! All issues were reported as well as documented. I sent emails , reached out via phone for no one to contact me back but Ms.Cynthia and Cama K. The property manager is rude and has absolutely disgusting behavior. Everything gets thrown on Cama to handle. I received my mailbox key 4 months after signing lease. Waited 6 hours to get keys because they did not have a refrigerator. The refrigerator I received had mold , there were leaks, pest, mold, severe GNAT issue. Nothing has been done to fix the issues. Maintenance team ( not all) and the supervisor are lazy! It rains outside , and it also rains in my unit. Only for outside vendors to paint over the issues “per property manager”. Within the months I have been here it has been a nightmare and seems as if I will never seek help within my apartment. Vacant units are filled with homeless people and they urinate and have feces EVERYWHERE. and much more ! The staff does not care about the tenants just a check. They also charge “hidden fees” and won’t acknowledge it is wrong they just want you to pay. Unit layouts are lovely but property has been neglected tremendously!
Worst apartment complex in the entire world! Human feces in the hall way.. regularly.. my apartment had mold in the kitchen and bathroom. Someone was murdered in one of the apartments and the complex didn’t even send out and email or anything to address the matter. They will over charge you on your rent, and call it an accident. It’s never clean. The maintance people are so lazy. And they just treat the people like trash, all because we are on subsidized housing and they know it’s nothing we can do about it. The pool is never open.. I lived there 8 years and it was open maybe 1 summer. So yeaaa.. -10/10 would not recommend to a dog.
I wouldn’t advise an animal to live here. Management has no compassion for what goes on. The property has no security, gates has not worked in over 3 years, rat infested, car break ins are an all time high, out dated appliances, staff rude, and the list goes on. Property not even worth one star. Corporate office never responded to issue I.e Tiffany Dye. Run so far away from this property!!!
