Tulie is my go-to for a little sweet treat. I haven't had anything I didn't like, but I am a really big fan of the olive oil cake and the savory croissants (both of which we had at our wedding)
Love the flavor and crunchiness of the tarts they are not soggy like the other bakeries and you can feel the butter in the croissants. They are crispy and with a tender interior.
The customer service is by and far some of the worst. We’ve kept coming back, hoping for better. The chai was half a cup of foam on a recent visit. The service is slow. My son spilled his tomato soup and it ruined his pants and burned his thigh. When he asked for another bowl he was told he needed to pay. To think one bowl spilled in an accident is that much of a detriment to their bottom line..?? Disappointed and won’t be returning.
Sticky bun was simply amazing! Perfectly balanced! However, what truly stood out on this visit was service by the true gentleman L. The kindest and most warm individual I have encountered across a few visits of mine. He was very accommodating and polite to everyone. He never stopped moving and was genuinely friendly,helpful, and respectful. 10/10 for L! He made the food taste better and the environment more comfortable and inclusive for all!
Had THE BEST pecan cinnamon roll of my life, the friendly atmosphere was so welcoming thanks to the staff. Amazing experience 10/10
