Crema's Take
“Green Spork Cafe & Market is a vibrant vegan haven in Pooler that's earned its stellar reputation with thoughtfully crafted dishes like the Beetox Gone Crazy smoothie and a legendary soup of the day that keeps people coming back without even knowing what's in it. Beyond the plant-based specialties, they've mastered the art of hospitality—from their signature lavender cookie to creative drinks like the Iced Chai Latte—making it equally welcoming whether you're diving deep into their wellness-focused menu or just grabbing a satisfying wrap and pastry. It's the kind of place where the energy is genuinely warm, the prices are reasonable, and everyone from health-conscious regulars to families to non-vegans alike find themselves charmed and nourished.”

As my boys would say, this place is “straight fire”. I had the Beetox Gone Crazy smoothie yesterday and came back for lunch today. I had an excellent small salad with local greens and the cauliflower panini with mushroom “meat” added. WOW so good.
Been eating here for a year now and have never known what the soup of the day is I just always get it and feel AMAZING after eating it. Delicious and satisfying every single time. Dont get me started on the smoothies that have saved my life
This place is so FREAKING good! The best vegan cafe in the area by far. Everything is so good, they are so nice, and it's very reasonably priced. Their lavender cookie is literally the best lavender flavored thing I have EVER had. I think about it for days after I eat it. 100000% recommend this place. I only wish that they were closer to Savannah but they're worth the drive to RH if you aren't local.
Ordered thr BLT as a wrap (as recommended to me) and a Iced Chai Latte. They were both delicious! Will definitely be making this a regular place to eat at. Also ordered a Blueberry Lavender Cupcake - very flavorful. Many vegan bakery items on display. They have a beautiful interior design - very relaxing. They sell candles, room sprays and more organic based items.
Gluten free and vegan? Neither of those things? Doesn’t matter—you need to come here. This spot is an absolute gem! I had the most amazing soup and one of the freshest, tastiest salads I’ve ever had. I’ve bought gluten-free cupcakes before for my mother-in-law who has celiac, but let me tell you—this was hands down the BEST cupcake I’ve ever had. Full stop. The fact that it was gluten-free? Mind-blowing. I asked how they made it, and they simply said, “magic.” Honestly, that’s the only explanation because it was not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. I also tried a gingerbread-style treat that was out of this world. Everything tasted incredible and made me feel great afterward. This place is pure magic—don’t miss it.
