Crema's Take

The Collins Quarter is a vibrant gathering spot where exceptional brunch and specialty coffee drinks shine equally, with espresso-focused beverages that pair perfectly with their incredible pastries and light fare. What really sets this place apart is the warm, unhurried atmosphere—whether you're catching up with friends at an outdoor table or settling in for a leisurely morning, the genuinely kind staff (regulars rave about servers like Prince Eli) make you feel genuinely celebrated. It's the kind of place that delivers Michelin-level hospitality without pretension, where a girls' trip or a couple's first Savannah morning becomes the kind of memory you keep.

We had the BEST TIME at Collins Quarter celebrating our girls trip and birthday! The food was incredible, the flavor was so rich and the portions size were perfect! Grace, our server was so kind and lovely, she was very knowledgeable about the drinks and food menu and made great recommendations! We can’t wait to go back and maybe we will be lucky enough to have her amazing service again ❤️🙏 ps. The food was so delicious we devoured it before we could get a picture 😑

We came for brunch and had a lovely experience. The ambience is great, the seating quick though we got there before the 10am rush and the service impeccable. Prince Eli was amazing, made everything sound so enticing and appetizing. The swine time Beni is truly a “life changing experience” to quote our server, Prince Eli. Delicious pulled pork on a brioche French toast, topped with a lovely poached egg and hollandaise. My husband had the breakfast burrito that he enjoyed with fries. The spiced lavender mocha was exceptional. Allergens and food restrictions are clearly listed on the menu and it was easy to navigate.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning around 10am as a walk-in and were seated immediately — which felt like we beat the clock. They can’t serve alcohol before 11 (only on Sunday), and right as that hour approached we looked outside and saw a line forming around the corner. Timing is everything. I do recommend arriving before 11 just to experience the way they mark the turn of the hour. We ordered the Dulce De Leche Belgian Waffles and the O.G. Breakfast Sandwich, plus the spiced lavender mocha. Both dishes were incredible. The waffles had the perfect texture — crisp on the outside, soft inside — and paired with the dulce de leche and whipped cream, it was a great balance of sweet without going overboard. The breakfast sandwich was just as strong. The bacon jam absolutely makes it — savory, slightly sweet, and packed with flavor. The spiced lavender mocha is clearly their signature for a reason. Unique without being gimmicky, and genuinely delicious. The only hiccup was that the coffees took about 25 minutes. But here’s the thing — our server removed them from the bill without us even asking. That’s how you handle service. Attentive, proactive, and professional. Great food, strong service, and clearly a brunch spot people line up for. Would absolutely go back.

This was my husband’s and my first time in Savannah, Georgia, and we wanted to find an exceptional brunch spot. Our experience here was truly Michelin-level! A special shout-out to "The King" Prince Eli, who provided outstanding customer service and excellent recommendations. He checked in on us multiple times and explained each menu item with such care that we wanted to try everything he suggested. We ended up enjoying the Monarch Mimosa, Espresso Martini, Bloody Mary, the Salmon Hollandaise, and the Short Rib — and every choice was incredible. The service, attention to detail, and overall experience were truly elite. I highly recommend visiting and asking for Prince Eli — he will take excellent care of you!

This was our first time visiting this café — I found it online, and we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and delicious everything was. We sat outside, and the atmosphere was amazing: tables close to the road, people walking by, creating a lively tourist vibe that paired perfectly with the beautiful food and pleasant service. I ordered salmon, and the kids ordered burgers with fries — and even the kids were absolutely thrilled with the food. The fries were especially good. Later we tried fruit and a dessert inspired by Dubai chocolate with ice cream — a must-try. It’s very sweet, but even though I usually don’t like sweets, it was delicious. I also had a lavender coffee (can’t remember the exact name), and it was outstanding.
