Crema's Take

This cozy Pembroke Pines spot feels like the antidote to chain coffee culture, where baristas like Amy and Alan actually remember your order and care about getting it right. Their espresso-forward menu shines through in standout drinks like their iced shaken espresso and creative house specials, while thoughtful touches like macadamia milk and a surprisingly quiet, work-friendly vibe (complete with outdoor seating) make it easy to linger over a cup that's never watered down.

When you’re desperate for a morning caffeine fix but can’t stomach another round with the Starbucks corporate machine, Cubicle is the sanctuary you’ve been looking for. From their buttery ham and cheese croissants to handcrafted coffee that actually tastes like it was made by a human (and not a robot programmed by a hedge fund), these guys have it figured out. The decor is fresh, the vibe is chill, and it’s the perfect place to grab a tactical cappuccino before you drop your little devils off at the bus stop and reclaim your sanity. The staff is so friendly I actually had to do a double-take. Sabrina and Allan treated me with so much hospitality I honestly forgot where I was. For a second, I thought I’d accidentally wandered into an Olive Garden—I was half-expecting unlimited breadsticks with my espresso. The Bottom Line: This is a total hidden gem located right off I-75. Save yourself the long trek to the "Siren" and start your day right. When you’re at Cubicle, you’re family. (But, you know, the kind of family you actually want to have coffee with.)

Love Cúbico! It’s a great location to sit a work it’s not super noisy and they have a few tables outside as well. The iced shaken espresso is one of the best I’ve had and I found out their vanilla pumps are made in house which awesome! The barista Amy is super kind and informed us of what was in each drink.

The shop is really cute with lovely staff. Amy gave us some neat recommendations and they have macadamia milk as an alternative milk, too! The coffee isn’t watered down and is flavorful.

These people have the best coffee. Alan and Alaine (the redhead - I believe is her name) were super sweet and attentive to my order and I go A LOT! My fiance loves plain espresso and he always says he wishes there were more places with this quality. I love flavored drinks - just not on the sweet side and they make any customizations for me. AMAZING barristas. 🤍

I’ve gotten cubic three times and each time has been a great experience. To the point that every time I go, I get 2 drinks at a time for MYSELF. Every time I go, I make sure to get the Strawmary Refresher and a hot latte. It doesn’t matter which hot latte but the Strawmary Refresher is a must. It tastes like a fancy mocktail, with an interesting combination of strawberry and rosemary flavors. I’ve never had a combo like that before Cubico and it’s truly a delight. Perfect after a hot hike. Recently, my latest latte to try was their pumpkin spice latte. I was debating getting it until I saw that it had real pumpkin puree. That’s what sold me. It was a very rich latte. I don’t usually get food for myself but I’ve tried other people’s croissants. The last one I tried the Wild Mixed Berry croissant and I’ve never had that kind of croissant before. It was slightly tart which complemented the butteriness of the pastry. That said, I don’t go often but the staff has always been kind and patient and the cafe. I recommend this cafe!
