The vibes say young and a clean overall look. The staff is friendly, but as someone with a lot of food background, seeing the Middrifts of someone working behind a counter is very off setting to me. I'm from the west coast and I truly miss the coffee culture from my side of the country. All in all, I personally will not return; but It is Someone's vibe.
We (group of about 7)were visiting the area and stopped in. Super cute, most of us ordered smoothies and really liked what we got. Staff was very friendly and and helpful. However we can back the next day and were disappointed.. Staff was still very friendly and helpful. No complaints there, there was a mix up on a drink that was supposed to be dairy free and they remade it right away without any fuss. However, again most of us got smoothies and we're not pleased. Most of them were either nearly flavorless or watery. I ordered the mega berry smoothie both days. The first day was just fine, but the second day it looked like a totally different drink. It was practically tasteless and had tons of seeds. Also they need more seating. They did a good job with the space that they had but they could use to have a larger space.
After living in Madison for over 30 years I finally decided to try this place out for their 'infamous' good food. We came here after a round of golf and were quite let down. We ordered iced coffees that were luke warm? Super gross. Food was mediocre at best. Very crowded location. Not sure why theres any kind of 'hype' with this place. It's a one hit 'wonder' for us. Not worth the wait or prices that's for sure. Absolutely nothing special here
Love this place it’s our go to spot when we find ourselves unprepared to make breakfast at home. It has a very homey feel and the staff are all very kind. Barely ever had an issue the one time we did they made it right and more ( thanks Jen). This restaurant makes you feel like you are being taken care of by family!
The woman taking orders was very welcoming and helpfully pointed out where we could get cups of water and silverware. We enjoyed waffles with fruit, the sweet and savory breakfast sandwich, potatoes, and mochas. Everything was really tasty, and the coffee was not only delicious but also quite hot. I hate getting a lukewarm mocha. We ate outside and enjoyed the entire experience.
