Crema's Take
“This cozy Garden City spot uniquely blends specialty coffee with an indoor sandbox experience, making it the perfect third place for parents who want quality espresso drinks while their kids play freely in the sand. Brooklyn and Caitlyn create a genuinely welcoming atmosphere that keeps families coming back, and there's something special about sipping a thoughtfully made coffee with your feet literally in the sand—it's the kind of unexpected serenity that transforms a typical coffee run into a real escape. Whether you're meeting a friend or giving your little one sensory playtime, the peaceful vibe and clean, well-stocked play area make this feel less like a novelty and more like a genuine community gathering spot.”

Brooklyn and Caitlyn are amazing workers and great customer service.
Really loved having a new play place in town to discover. I totally underestimated how peaceful sitting with my feet in the sand while my son played would be! Such a great spot for sensory play and creativity (we practiced writing and reading in the sand, played hide and seek with gems, built towers and met new friends too). The space was clean, toys were well maintained and we will definitely be coming back again soon.
I took my two sons to try this place out (a four year old and 10 month old). Both boys love the beach and I knew they’d enjoy a giant sandbox. Overall, it was clean and the construction toys, sand toys, and dinosaurs were great options for kids. I would suggest they add some baby mirrors and wall toys for babies. I felt like if we’re paying $5 for a 7-12 month old (and in just a couple months being charged $15 once he’s a year old) there should be some better baby options. I would also suggest having kid sized goggles available not just adult sizes, monster trucks for the sandbox play area, and maybe something geared towards girls. It’s a great spot and we love the location, I just saw lots of room for improvement, especially with the high cost. A monthly membership might also be nice to have that choice to bring kids in. I can’t believe I spent $20 between my two young children to sit in sand while the baby mostly tried to eat the sand, and we only ended up staying about an hour. I hope to come try this place again and see some improvements.
Such a fun place to bring your sand box loving kids!
