Crema's Take
“This Panama-rooted roastery in La Cosecha is earning devotion for surprisingly nuanced drip coffee and inventive seasonal drinks like their orange café latte that balance brightness with rich espresso. The cozy, vibrant atmosphere draws people who want to linger, but the efficient workflow means you can also grab something excellent quickly—reviewers consistently praise both the quality of the coffee and the genuinely warm service. It's the kind of place that makes you wish you'd discovered it sooner.”

Got drip coffee. Very glad I got the 12 oz instead of the 8 oz. When I get drip, I usually prep myself to be a little disappointed. With this drip, I wished for another cup. Smooth, nice mouthfeel, not too bitter. Almost creamy even without creamer. Yum!
First time here and I want to say, Cafe Unido is on my top 5 coffee shops. Cozy atmosphere, staff were nice and coffee was AMAZING
I had the seasonal orange cafe latte and it was delicious. It had the right balance of sweetness and rich espresso, finished with fresh orange zest. I am so glad to find this place! Service is also great.
I love the atmosphere of this place. When you enter La Cosecha, you’re welcomed by a variety of restaurants and small local businesses — it feels vibrant and creative. But I’m focusing on Café Unido, because this coffee comes from my home country, Panama. So every time I’m in Washington, I have to stop by. The space is filled with beautiful natural light coming through the large windows facing the street — perfect for enjoying a slow moment with a cup of coffee. The aroma and flavor are exactly what I expect from good Panamanian coffee: rich, smooth, and full of character. I believe they could take even more advantage of how special it is to have a Panamanian coffee franchise in Washington — it deserves to be highlighted and promoted more. I truly hope they open more locations around the city so more people can experience it. I tried the Caramel Latte, and it was delicious. We ordered the speciality lattes - orange raspadura and vanilla bean. Super delicious and quality flavors. Would definitely recommend! There was a long line but it went by very quickly. So don’t let the line stop you from trying this delicious coffee! There is plenty of seating in the market and outside.
