Sippers Coffeehouse

College friends and I decided to find a nice coffee shop and study for a little while. Had a couple coffees and food as well. Coffee was decent and the place looked nice, however, the owner gave us multiple bad looks as well as refusing to explain the menu. Overall not a bad coffee shop but a grumpy owner who clearly isn’t into the idea of customer service. Won’t return again.

Me and other friends went for a study session, we had coffee and some food. An older guy was serving us. He was very unpleasant, rude, short and dry, not friendly at all. Bad customer service, he would not explain questions about the menu. It was my first and last time there.

Owner was extremely unfriendly and kept giving my friends and I who are college student doing homework bad looks. We bought multiple items and he was very rude and didn’t want to explain anything on the menu and just made it an uncomfortable experience. Won’t be going here ever again.

We visited this coffee shop on a work trip and enjoyed every aspect of Sippers. Here's what I particularly loved: - Genuinely cheerful staff that greeted us as soon as we entered. - Cute decor everywhere. - Delicious menu offerings: the Italian soda and my business partner's latte were yummy. We both had a croissant breakfast sandwich and enjoyed our food. - A clean family-style bathroom with a padded changing table for babies. (Thank you for keeping parents and their babies in mind!) If I'm ever out this way again, I will surely be visiting Sippers again!

Been wanting to try Sippers for awhile now because of their coffee flights and also my partner and I are doing the Jax coffee & donuts trail! Sippers was cozy, relaxing and felt like I was in a Gilmore girls episode! Customer service was superb and our barista gave me a great iced coffee recommendation as well to add to my flight. There was also a lot of gf options which was so nice! The only reason I gave them 3 stars for the food was that it was okay-ish and I’ve had better. But, I’ll definitely be coming back here and also recommending sippers to my friends and family as well!
