Energizing atmosphere! Great customer service and excellent coffee. My business partner and I will rent the co-op office space from time to time. They have a great little podcast production room as well as conference rooms.
I have been here multiple times when I visit the Kentucky Cincinnati area. The coffee is great… Food is great… And I love the atmosphere. The people are very friendly and it is just a great place for coffee and community! Merry Christmas, God bless and come visit! John 3:16
Our family loves FTC, they have the coffee plus something for everyone. Sweet treats(donuts!) and savories(quiche!) with unique seasonal drink offerings that are always delicious. We’ll stop in for a quick and tasty lunch on occasion and love having a craft cocktail at the bar during a rare adults only visit. 😆 The bright and open layout with cozy corners and a huge outdoor space means you’ll find the vibe you need here; even if it’s renting a meeting room in the business center. Love this place! I have a new baby and restaurants/eating out can be hard with her, but this coffee shop has spacious, comfortable seating that makes breastfeeding her and putting her to sleep so much easier. They even have rocking chairs which was such a relief as baby girl fell asleep so easily thanks to this! I was comfortable as I got to enjoy my coffee, food, and conversation in peace. I would recommend this coffee shop to any moms out there with a small baby!
Fantastic first visit to Ft Thomas Coffee! I ordered a cold brew with pistachio and it was excellent — robust but smooth, just the right caffeine kick, and the pistachio added subtle flavor without overpowering the coffee. Easily one of the best cold brews I’ve had. The service was stellar. Casey was friendly, patient, and helpful while I made my choice, even though the shop was busy (yes, she’s my cousin — but I’m being objective and I'd say this either way!). Jonah, who prepared my drink was very polite, efficient, and clearly took pride and care in making it A+. If I had a coffee shop, I'd be glad to have such good ambassadors representing my brand. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with plenty of clean indoor and outdoor seating. It’s the kind of spot that works equally well for catching up with friends, studying, or remote work. The location at Highland & Ft Thomas Ave is convenient with ample nearby parking, and sitting outside (covered or sunny seats) makes for a fun experience. I found very close street parking during the after-school rush. Overall, a great first impression! Excellent coffee, friendly staff, and a comfortable vibe. Definitely will be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality local coffee shop in Ft Thomas.
