Trail Coffee Roasters

Went in for a quick coffee and ended up staying longer than planned. The place has a relaxed, neighborhood feel without trying too hard. I ordered a latte and a breakfast sandwich, both were solid and came out pretty quick. Coffee was smooth, not burnt, which I appreciate. Seating was comfortable and it didn’t feel rushed even though there were other customers. Staff was friendly in a low-key way, not overly chatty but helpful when I had a question. Prices felt reasonable for the area.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Honestly, a bad choice for me. I ordered a cappuccino and a matcha — both were disappointing. The cappuccino came in a single-use paper cup for $5, which felt like a rip-off. The matcha? Not even close to real matcha flavor. I ended up throwing both away. The only positive part was that the girls working there were really nice — but the drinks just weren’t it. I’d probably choose Starbucks over this place next time.

Stopped by here during my road trip and asked for the barista's opinion on coffee to which they then asked me my brew method which earned so many points from me! I ended up using switchback in my aeropress which was lovely. Hope to come back again someday!

Great coffee and pastries, lots of fun coffee options. The service is friendly if not always super fast. The shop is bright and clean. I recommend the outdoor seating because lot of people walk their dogs around this corner and will let you pet them.

This is Trail Coffee at University of the Pacific. Beautiful college campus coffee house. Outdoor and Indoor seating. This is in a great neighborhood location. Excellent for University students and local residents of Caldwell Village, Oxford Manor and Tuxedo Pacific. Great coffee. They also have a very cool downtown location.
