Our coffee shop had the technicians to come service our expresso machine.They were very thorough and took no time at all to get done with it and have us back up and running ..Thanks for your fast and professional service.

Was referred to this company back in Sept 2024. After replacing a left solenoid and servicing the machine our right group head seal kept popping out. They came back out to repair the seal and then the portafilter would hardly turn to tighten in the group head. They came back out to repair. Even after the issues I still called them back out in November to service all my machines and replace filters. In Feb of 2025 I called for the same leak they supposedly repaired in Sept of 24. The next day the right group head stopped working. So I called them back out for repair. The following day the left group head once again stopped working. So they came back out to repair. Not 30 min after they left, the lights went out on the machine. They sent the technician back out and after diagnosing they the electrical switches had been damaged during repair they agreed to fix the issue. Yesterday they came out to repair the light switch and his morning the right group head is no longer working. I requested Josh the owner to call me. He did and he not one time apologized but proceeded to tell me that when his technician told our barista that the issues with the group heads was because the lines had gotten pinched was incorrect and couldn’t have possibly been the issue and insinuated that my barista had lied. I asked if he was assuming what the issue was before inspecting the machine, he switched gears and said well you haven’t paid your bill from Feb 2025. I asked him if he would have paid a bill when every time the machine is touched and there was another issue. He also had no record of them servicing my machine nor any repair from 2024. And proceeded to ask me where they had billed me. When I asked what the resolution was, Josh had no answer. I definitely suggest you go elsewhere for your coffee machine service!

I contacted these folks roughly 3 weeks ago through their online portal requesting to have a 10 year old Rocket R58 espresso machine serviced and never heard back from them. So I reached out again. Finally - I was told since my R58 is 10 years old it's their 'policy' not to work on older machines and parts probably weren't available. Here's the problem with that; they advertise they work on espresso machines. Rocket does not build throw-away espresso machines. These are not your run-of-the-mill Brevell toss-it-out-when-it-no-longer-works espresso machine because it contains no serviceable parts. These are Italian made high-end prosumer level machines with double copper and brass boilers and the E61 brew groups that are the gold standard in the prosumer espresso machine market place. They are designed to be serviceable pretty much forever, as I was just informed by ROCKET. So if you are a private individual with a $3500 prosumer level espresso machine and want to get it serviced - looks elsewhere. I guess if you are Starbucks and operate $20,000 machines they can help you.

I had burrs replaced in an old Mazzer Super Jolly after it stopped working and they got it done in just a couple days. I then reached out about consulting with them on proper use and care of my machine because I kept encountering some issues (all user error) at home after my repair. Oliver met with me the same week and took time out of his morning to show me how best to adjust my grinder so I don’t continue running into problems. CoffeeFix will be my go-to for any future maintenance!
