Employees are always nice, however they are never mindful of the “warm, kids temp” that I ask for. 1/10 times I will get the appropriate temperature. It’s frustrating and makes me feel bad asking them to remake it, so I don’t always ask.

THE WORKERS THERE CAN NOT MAKE A SIMPLE ORDER YOU ASK THEM TO!!! You asked for iced caramel frappe they will blend the ice!! They got my order wrong and told me that I could keep the wrong drink and they would provide another for me … well they CHARGED ME FOR BOTH OF THOSE DRINKS FOR $11 … I noticed it and told them and they said that they would give me a refund for one of the drinks… well 2 MONTHS LATER STILL NO REFUND.. unless you want your hard earned money stolen from you and consistent wrong orders then I suggest to not go here!!!!!!!!!!

Needed a morning “pick me up” ordered a white chocolate mocha with half and half and a lemon cranberry muffin and a caramel frappe with a blueberry muffin for my daughter. Both drinks make perfect. Muffins were fresh and warm. There were a couple cars in line on both sides but were in and out quick. The girl at the window was sweet. Oak Grove location will always be my favorite spot.
