A great spot to get some work done and grab a coffee and snack. Everything tasted delicious and service was nice. The biscuit and chocolate chip cookies were phenomenal. Dirty chai was good but could be better. Very inviting space and noise level was minimum--ideal for remote workers. Parking is located in the parking garage adjacent to the building and is free for 2 hrs.

I got a cortado to start with. It was tasteful and beautiful. Then I got their coffee cake. The cake was big, moist and very tasteful and reasonably priced. I then got a pour over which was heavenly. I had a very nice conversation with the barista. When I asked he told me about the name and history of the store which I found intriguing. I stayed at the shop for several hours to work on homework and he remembered my name when I came back to order my drip coffee. Their second floor seating was cool. Even the bathroom was pretty. They keep complementary hygiene product in the bathroom which proves how thoughtful the shop is. They also have gluten free muffins that looked tasty.

Stopped here to try while on a work assignment. I was unable to go in but was near by the host brought my order to me! They did not have to do that; I also couldn’t add my chive biscuit but they still brought it to me! Which you can have warmed, it’s better warmed. The Tres leaches is the sweetest I add oat milk and vanilla. I tipped 7 dollars because again service was really helpful and convenient for me! Thanks again

Methodical Coffee in the BullStreet District has quickly become one of our favorite spots, and it’s even better that it’s right next door to where we live. This place is just cool. The space is beautifully done, it has a great vibe, and it feels like a real upgrade for the neighborhood. The coffee is stellar every time. It’s the kind of place where you can taste the quality and care that goes into each drink, whether you’re grabbing something to go or hanging out for a bit. The staff is also amazing. Friendly, welcoming, and consistently on top of it, which makes a big difference when you’re coming in regularly. And the baked goods deserve a shoutout too. The pastry case is dangerous in the best way, and it’s hard to leave without adding something sweet. Everything we’ve tried has been fresh and legitimately delicious. This was one of the best additions to the BullStreet District. It’s a spot we’re genuinely excited to have so close, and it’s an easy recommendation for anyone in Columbia who wants great coffee and treats in a really cool setting.
