Alchimilla Brews & Blooms

Crema's Take
“Tucked away in Boulder, this unassuming brewery punches above its weight with experimental, timely beers that showcase real creativity despite flying under the radar of bigger names in the area. The vibe here is genuinely warm and unhurried—staff treats you like friends, the taproom is packed with games and a massive TV in the "Funbarrel Room," and the front patio creates the perfect spot to linger over a thoughtfully crafted IPA or kolsch. It's the kind of place where you wander in on vacation and instantly feel like a regular, which explains why visitors keep coming back for both the beer and the community.”

Great brewery with cool people in a pleasant space. In the shadow of Avery they shine with excting and timely experimental beers.
Love this place! The taproom has tons of games and the absolutely giant TV in the “Funbarrel Room” is a must for watching my favorite teams. Love the staff as well as all of the ToGo options!
Asher is a happy little brewery in Boulder that might get overlooked. It is an unassuming and super friendly. They had 10 beers on for my stop plus some seltzers. Beers included: green kolsch, coffee kolsch, cherry blonde, amber, rasberry wheat, pale ale, juicy Ipa, hazy ipa, plus a few others. Everyone was friendly and wanted to know where you are from....but clearly had had a lot of local supporters. I plan to stop again when I am in th area.
We stopped in on a whim while on vacation from Atlanta and instantly felt at home! The beers were great and Zoe was great company. It felt like chatting with a friend. We enjoyed it so much we sat at the bar and talked with her for over 3 hours! Great little place and would definitely be our home base brewery if we were local.
The beer is great. Well the IPA is as that is all I tried. The Jam session IPA I tried after the IPA so I will have to try that next time. OK building, but patio out front was nice. Staff was friendly and the pours come in 7,10,16oz sizes which was great if you want taste an Organic beer. All beer a should be "Orgasmic-Organic" and I give these guys big Props for making all their beers that way. The IPA came in 4/16oz packs and the beer out of the can a couple of days later was great too!! However there were no dates on the cans, otherwise this place gets a 5 star review. My Fav IPA in Colorado!!!
