While the kitchen occasionally stumbles on execution (seasoned or not), the coffee itself is consistently excellent, and you'll find genuinely warm customer service from staff who clearly care. The roomy atmosphere and thoughtful touches like serving food in to-go containers suggest a place with real heart, even if management could tighten things up a bit.”
